Your First Visit
At your first visit to Dr. Pulispher's office, you will be welcomed and given a tour or the office. Dr. Pulsipher will examine you or your child and explain his diagnosis as well as different treatment options. He will be more than happy to address any concerns or questions you may have. Following your exam, the treatment coordinator will go over all of the related fees. Your fee is dependent upon the severity of your case. We offer a variety of payment options in order to suit your situation and we will file all claims to your insurance carrier in order to obtain the maximum benefit.
Scheduling Your Initial Appointments
Depending upon your treatment plan, there may be two to three initial appointments to get started. Following your exam, your next appointment is for a set of diagnostic records. These typically include plaster study models of |

If an expander if needed, there will be a third appointment scheduled one to two weeks later. Thereafter, you will see Dr. Pulsipher every four to six weeks for your necessary adjustments.
Fees and Insurance

- We are a contracted network provider for BCBS, Cigna, Delta, First Dental Health, United Concordia, Metlife, United Healthcare, Principal, and Guardian. Call us to see if we accept a particular plan.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.
- We offer extended payment plans through an outside financing company, Care Credit. They offer plans that fit into any budget, with interest rates as low as 0%. For more information, visit carecredit.com.
If you have insurance, we will help you determine your orthodontic coverage. Our office will file all the necessary claims to maximize your benefits. We will then arrange for you to pay the remaining balance to our office. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to the insurance company. Therefore, the insurance company is responsible to you and you are ultimately financially responsible to the doctor. We will do everything we can to maximize your insurance benefits
